Dear Naseem
Our EOG group was set up in March 2002 (evolved out of an EO Working
Group that had been going for about eighteen months)
Initially chaired by a DVC, now chaired by the VC
Committee has 20 members who are representatives of
functions/committees of the university to ensure they have channels of
communication to and from the EOG
EOG is a group rather than a committee so that it can sit slightly
aside from the formal committee structure and when needed short circuit
the normal committee procedures. It reports into the VC Executive
Group and Council
More information is available on www.ex.ac.uk/eo
Best wishes
Sylvia Wakeham
