Hi all
I have run a quiz on a pub quiz basis which covered a wide variety of
EOpps areas. I used a team of three approach and mixed EO questions with
others. I found this approach achieved 'buy in' and made people feel
less conscious of lack of knowledge in the EO area.
As always, emphasize the feedback rather than the questions themselves.
i.e. 'who might contact you using typetalk ?' leads on to discussion
about BSL not being signed english but a language in its own right with
own syntax and a discussion over good practice (People sharing their
experiences) if a Deaf person is invited to interview ... use of
interpreters ... good practice in enabling lip speakers ...
Best Wishes
