There are many suppliers of textphones about, but you can start with the
RNID shop. The relevant link is

We have a number of units around the University, but not one in our
Personnel Office to date. The one in the Disability Office is perhaps used
once every few weeks - it really is not a big thing any more to our
students, most report that they prefer to text from their mobiles instead.
Non-students asking for application forms may be a different kettle of fish.
Textphones start at around £115 - we use the Uniphone 1150 models at £225
each. The Uniphones have an answerphone which is great for messages. They
need an analogue phone line like you would have at home or you would connect
a standard fax machine to. Many Universities now have digital switchboards
and analogue units should not just be plugged straight in without checking
first.
Training in how to use the unit is essential, as it advertising the fact
that the department has such a facility otherwise it will sit and gather
dust.
I hope this is useful.
Regards, Richard.
