Committee servicing, 5 November, London

The seminar will clarify the reasons for the actions of the
administrator involved in committee servicing and to look at the
processes involved. This is a practical session, looking at all
aspects of committee servicing from initial preparation to writing of
the minutes and the final follow-up action. Participants will learn
about the roles of the committee secretary and the convenor, how
problems can be avoided by adequate preparation, gain practical
experience through an "in-basket" exercise and address the
concerns
and problems which they raise as they share experience
