£ 27,545 to £32,537pa exceptionally up to £35,249pa
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to
develop, implement and review the University's Equal
Opportunities policies, procedures and practices for both Staff and
Students.
Your key role will include: advising Heads of Departments, Staff
and Students on equal opportunities issues, ensuring the University
meets it's statutory obligations through best practice, developing
links with local community groups, and supporting the equal
opportunities forums.
Educated to degree level, you will have a relevant professional
qualification and a minimum of 3 years experience in the
implementation of equal opportunity issues. You will have
demonstrated your ability to achieve results, build effective
working relationships and develop policies.

The post is offered for a fixed period of three years which
following a review may be extended.
