Faith,
In respect of disability we usually put a general advert in a number of
disability publications about once a year. The advert is not about specific
vacancies but is designed to raise awareness of the OU as an employer and
let people know the range of jobs available here and where we advertise each
week. It is difficult to judge how successful this is though, as people
would then go on to look for the adverts in other publications and would be
likely to quote those when asked for details for response data.
