I think the HE forum will spread as far as the representatives journey to
it: I'm not aware of any plans to run regional fora (but then if there were
such plans I wouldn't necessarliy know about them).
I can't put my hands on the contact info; her name is Audrey
Quansah-something; sometimes she calls herself Audrey Quansah. I can't
guarantee that I have remebered the spelling correctly: sorry.
