Hello all,
A question about forms: what do other Universities do with the EO
monitoring forms provided by successful job applicants, once such data
is entered into computerised Human Resource/Personnel systems?
We're currently reviewing what we do with these, and also with a
collection of returned forms from an EO data validation/collection
exercise we undertook recently. In both cases, now that data's entered,
options seem to include putting completed forms on personal files (data
protection issue??), holding them separately, or shredding. Any other
ideas? Suggestions?
