Hi All,
Sorry for any cross posting but just to let you know that this month's video from elt-training.com is up! It's my IATEFL talk from last week's conference and it's entitled 'Making great screencast videos for education and training'. It's a bit different to usual in that it's not so much aimed at classroom methodology but gives some practical advice for making the kind of videos that I use for on-line training. These can be used in a range of contexts (eg for language learners, for initial training and for on-going development) and in on-line, blended or flipped classroom approaches. I'd be interested in any feedback anyone has on them and on how you use them in your context.
Have a happy Easter break (if you have one!),
Best, Jo Gakonga
