I am amazed how long it took Jack to discover Janusz Korczak (born
Henryk Goldsmit).
Korczak was a Doctor of Medecine and a director of an orphanage. He
believed that children are faster learners and better cognisers than
adults (which makes sense biologically, the more we are to birth than
to death the better our cognition is) and should be treated accordingly.

Of course this was in the begining of the last century when children
were told to be silent presence.
Sadly, one of the things we are now hearing is how children control
their teachers who lose all fear and respect. When children
intuitively and authentically give respect to those adults who earned
it and worked at it. There is no inauthentic and fake mauvaise foi.
Everything is authentic and real. It is part of the combination of
being better cognisers and naive, not knowing how and lacking the
experience to fake relationships and play the game.
