Hello all
I mentioned recently that I had made it possible for only subscribers to send a message to the ESOL-Research email list. One consequence is that you can only send a message from the email address with which you are registered. This is a problem for those who have two addresses, e.g. a 'work' one and a hotmail, yahoo etc one. There are two simple solutions to this:
1. ensure you use the 'registered' email address when sending your message, or
2. subscribe to ESOL-Research using your other email address (or ask me to do so) - you will be subscribed twice, and get two sets of each message, one in each in-box, but this might not matter to you. To subscribe to ESOL-Research visit www.jiscmail.ac.uk/ESOL-Research and follow the instructions there. Alternatively, send me an email - [log in to unmask] - and I'll do it for you.
(Thanks Isabel for pointing out this problem to me.)
A second and more beneficial consequence is that you no longer have to confirm messages are from you, once you have sent them.
Cheers
James
