Dear Karen,

Lovely to get this from you. I actually cite Monty Roberts as an example of 
'inclusional management' in my final year 'Life, Environment and People' 
course, as a follow up to asking the question 'why harness a horse?' (see 
attached chapter from 'Natural Inclusion')!
