Try SAW available from ACE Centre Oxford (Tel 01865 759800). They have a
range of 'Pointer' or 'direct input' selection sets that work in the way
described with both click and dwell select options. The beta version of SAW3
can be downloaded from http://atschool.eduweb.co.uk/acecent/download.html A
registered version of SAW2 appears to cost £100 and the selection sets £11,
although (as noted before) the web site is a bit out of date now - (sorry
David, I know you're busy!)
You could also look at WiViK (Windows Virtual Keyboard) that used to be
distributed by Liberator (Tel.01476-550391). I think it's rather more
expensive though (£255 circa 1997).
Hope this helps
