Hi
I'm hoping someone can help, please. I'm looking for research on discrimination against non-native speaker teachers or preference towards native speakers in ESOL or EFL in the UK but almost everything I find has been done abroad. Does anyone know if the research by Clark and Paran in 2007 (The employability of non-native-speaker teachers of EFL: A UK survey. System, 35(4), pp.407-430) was replicated or built on? Something must have been done in the last eleven years but I can't find anything!
Many thanks in advance,
Kathryn
