If they're in school I'd recommend posting your query on the EAL-bilingual forum (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/eal-bilingual). There's a great community of EAL practitioners on there who could advise.
I'd be very cautious of using EFL materials because they are unlikely to contain enough of the academic language that these young people will need to access the curriculum and transfer their prior learning into this new context. There's a range of resources on the EAL Nexus website (https://eal.britishcouncil.org - though it's no longer being updated) that might help. Those kind folks at EAL-bilingual will be able to link to more.
