Hi, you mentioned a message about changes to ESOL in Nov 2015, but as far as I can see it's not mentioned here. Should I check elsewhere or has it just been missed out?

Yours, Julia Brady

 Subject: Guided learning hours

 Hi,
Can I ask for some advice? I've noticed that the number of
guided learning hours leading to SFL ESOL exams varies
enormously between colleges, even though it is recommended
that there should be 120 hours leading to S&L, 90
leading to Writing, and 60 leading to Reading exams.

If we deliver a course using fewer guided learning hours,
what would the funding implications be? For example, if we
deliver a course leading to speaking and listening exams in
45 hours, what might the repercussions be?

I'd be very grateful to hear what other colleges are doing
 while planning for next year.

 Many thanks
 Rachel Simpson

on them on the night .  That would save us a lot of
 time ..
The lucky dip will be £2 and and every ticket wins you a
mystery prize .. (donated by you! )
