Welcome to Jeerawan Ketsing who joins the e-seminar today. Jeerawan is a Lecturer at Kasetsart University in Thailand and is now working with Prof. Noriyuki Inoue on a one year visiting research fellowship at the University of San Diego. Jeerawan is planning to write an article about an action research project she carried out in Thailand working with pre-service teachers and school supervisors.
Jeerawan - I am hoping that you will share your writings in the e-seminar and I'm sure that you will receive helpful responses.
Dear All - I think that you will enjoy and find your imaginations captivated by Nori's book:
Inoue, N. (2012) Mirrors of the Mind: Introduction to Mindful Ways of Thinking Education. New York; Peter Lang.
Nori has argued persuasively that East Asian Epistemologies have much to offer Western approaches to knowledge creation and validation. He introduces readers to the East Asian ideas of Ba, Kizuki, Omoi, Takumi, Kizunu and Chi.
I acknowledge the value of these ideas on pages 28-30 of the paper at:

Love Jack.
