Hello all
Just a quick follow-up to this thread: Elaine (below) says:
" Wouldn't it be great to have a collaborative shared central resource like this on the web which we could all contribute to and share? We could involve our students in creating the activities. I think it would be really empowering. Is this a crazy idea? Or perhaps it's happening somewhere?"
This is all in place at the ESOL-UK website - often discussed on this email list, and very frequently visited by ESOL tutors:
http://www.esoluk.co.uk/
Please visit this site - there's just so much there. And plenty of opportunities for tutors and students to contribute as well.
Best wishes
James

Hi Sue
I'd just like to support what Lorraine said, and thank you for sharing this great resource. I'd also like to use it with my E3 group which only meets on Saturdays - they are always thirsty for some extra work between classes!
Such a lot of work has gone into creating this. It struck me that so much good practice is probably going on with ICT in ESOL that we are not necessarily sharing. I'm sure many of us are reinventing the wheel.

kind regards
