Hello:
My name is Linnea Rademaker, and I am an Assistant Professor of Educational Foundations & Inquiry and associated with the Center for Practitioner Research of the National College of Education at National-Louis University in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
Our center is a rather new initiative, about three years old. Last year we began an online journal for practitioner research, entitled:
i.e.:inquiry in education
We invite submissions. Please see the following link for submission guidelines, or to browse the first issue of the journal.

I currently teach action research to masters level students who are in pre-service teacher training; as well as qualitative research methods to educational leadership doctoral students.
My current interests lie in the nature and constructs of practitioner research centers as situated within higher education and the promises and issues inherent in such a construct separate from many practitioner contexts.
I am very interested in Scotland's national practitioner research initiative in schools. Any information would be appreciated, as I have only read about it. Would love to talk with someone who is involved.
Thanks,
Linnea L. Rademaker
