They are contributing to our global dialogue in the Education and Learning Stream for ALARA as Je Kan writes his foreword from Japan, Jacqueline writes from Canada. Alex from the Republic of Ireland, Phil from Tasmania and Lesley from South Africa, I continue to be inspired by the way individual action researchers are willing to be accountable to themselves and others for living their values as fully as they can as they seek to improve practice and generate knowledge.
Margaret Farren is presenting a session on EJOLTS at the DIVERSE (Developing Innovative Visual Educational Resources For Students Everywhere) this afternoon at the University of Southern Maine. Margaret's colleague, Yvonne Crotty is Organising Chair of the 11th DIVERSE conference at Dublin City University on the 28-30 June 2011 - see http://ejolts.net/node/171. I'm hoping that you will think about putting in a proposal and that we can meet up in Dublin in June 2011. Proposals for AERA in New Orleans have to be in next week (I think it is the 15th July) and I know that several of us are working on proposals to submit to the Action Research SIG chaired by Margaret (Riel). Lots to do!
Love Jack.
