Thank you very much for your response. I am glad that you also try to help
teachers to become action researchers in your professional context. I would
not say that most Croatian teachers manage the time so well. However, I am
happy that I cooperate with some of them who are intrinsically motivated to
improve their practice and in that case the time is not problem. Actually, I
think that action research is not merely methodology, but a way of life. In
that way, we have plenty of time, although some complain that life is too
short (smile). I would be glad if you could write the paper about your
