Hi Sarah,
Good point - it does highlight the importance of new generations of
researchers becoming active in the creation and dissemination of ideas,
as in this e-mail community, and for more experienced researchers
taking responsibility for encouragement and support whenever possible.
This business of retiring is interesting. I've officially retired three
times and am busier now than ever. People may officially retire but
they definitely do not need to fade away.
Best wishes,
Jean
