Thanks to Jack for clarifying that and apologies for my mistake. I'm not a
big fan of censorship either but there are obviously limits to free speech
in terms of libel / slander to give but one example.
I can't remember whether upon signing up to this message board I agreed to a
'terms and condictions of use' agreement in which I accepted full
responsibility for the publication of anything I post. If I didn't and the
board is unmoderated, I think I should have - to give legal 'cover' to BERA
or whoever in the event of a libel being published.
I find discussion boards fantastic in terms of the exchange and contestation
of ideas.
