I do like Mohsen's questions:
"If the reservoir of language educators be replete with strictly determined ways of articulation, how
can their discourses be brim with exteriorization of creative epitomes outside those deterministic
ways? How can discourse of creativity be offered if the examples and reflection of discourse have
already been entrapped by the passive tone of obedience to only prescribed ways of saying as
formulated in a certain educational system?"
I think Branko Bognar, an educator in Croatia, has provided one answer in showing that 10 year old
pupils can generating their own explanations of their own learning, with a visual narrative that
includes video-clips of their classroom practice.
I you go into http://www.nipissingu.ca/oar/new_issue-V821E.htm and browse down to Branko's
letter to our 2004-5 seminar you can access the visual narrative.
Love Jack.
