Dear Jack,
Wow! What an amazingly original idea to write about the standards of judgement we might use in
judging multi media forms of representation for practitioner research! Combining with that the
idea of examining self awareness as an outcome of action research? A truly enlightened moment!
How about if those of us who wish to contribute a solo or a jointly written paper do so for JOLT?
Branko has done such a stunning job on our new Journal of Living Theories and our multi media
submissions would create a fitting inaugural issue for the new epistemology you are suggesting.
Is yours an all embracing invitation to collaborate in writing joint papers for publication? I'd love to
contribute! In fact, I am already witing on a paper on this theme - what a wonderful coicidence ...
Sarah
You may have seen my posting on 26 October? I seem to be on a similar wavelength here?
1) Are there standards of judgement that lie beside/beyond those we've already discussed in
October's conversation that we should focus on when considering new multi media forms of
representation of practitioner researchers' knowledge?
2) Is 'awareness' alone a shortfall as an action research outcome?
