For those using M$ Outlook, a utility which avoids cutting and pasting and
works on the users desktop, so supporting a users privacy is the URLRunAddIn

Could this be an actual example of software design which complies fully with
the DP principles? Or is it merely indicative that the author had no
ulterior motives.
