Is anybody able to provide a pointer towards any DP case studies creating an
ethical dilemma for a data controller the crux of which requires a choice
between the masking of errors plus the privacy of employees emotional states
- v - clearly stated aims and objectives of the organisation broadly
supportive of both the other issues?
I am particularly interested in any where the first choice is made, to the
cost of the stated objectives, as the implications for recognition of
individual privacy seem to recognise a stronger bond due to closer
relationships.
