That's a fair point but we have to consider whether the report of the
incident was actually true in the first place. It could be that the novice
member of staff was someone with a grudge against (alleged) Chainsaw Man
and made a false accusation. Unless Chainsaw Man is notified he will never
know that a false allegation has been made.
As it happens this debate has prompted me to chase up what is happening
here regarding this problem and I'll be meeting people involved this
afternoon. From the draft documentation I have it looks like letters will
go out in the name of the appropriate departmental director. I'll pose the
question of Chainsaw Man to them to see what they say.
