Yes, absolutley. They are billing you so must take responsibility for this.
They should have a SMS CDR proving you requested these ringtones originally,
I would suggest a s7 dpa request to the DPA Manager, T-Mobile (Hatfield
address from the site) and ask for all the MO billing since the start of the
year.
If there is no evidence of this request, then make a formal complaint and
don't take no for an answer. If there is, then you will have to accept that
someone requested this rubbish on your phone and take the issue up with the
ringtone provider directly.

I have just spoken to T-mobile who say they do not take responsibility for
these "third party" messages. I treid to explain the below advice and the
lady hung up on me?
