I don't recall seeing the phrase "fair processing notice" in the Data
Protection Act or IC's guidance either.
In fact, come to think of it the first time I saw the phrase was from
Connexions - being a form of words describing to data subjects how the data
controller will comply with the fairness requirement of the First
Principle.
Perhaps a Fair Processing Statement might be a better label?
