Presuming defending unfair dismissal claim or similar and as long
as 'Solicitors' plus 'Courts & Tribunals' included in your Notification as
potential recipients of PD processed by you for 'Staff Administration'
purposes.
Section 35(2) covers exemption from non-disclosure provisions for
disclosures made in connection with legal proceedings - including
prospective proceedings and to obtain legal advice.
Still have to comply with Schedule 2 & 3 plus DP Principles - shouldn't be
difficult to tick those boxes under the circumstances?
