Just a quick one as I know it's Friday afternoon!
Our University Solicitors are defending a claim and have asked for
information which they claim is paramount to providing a sound case and
answering the charges brought against the University. Amongst other
things (which are not covered by DP as they are policies etc.) they have
asked to see sickness absence details for the claimant.
Am I right in thinking that I'd be OK in forwarding this on to our
Solicitors as it would be in the University's legitimate interests to do
so, as we're defending a claim?
Thanks
Gwenan
