Nic,
Do the users have individual access identities, if so could/would the
advertisements be directed to particular areas where people had specific
interests?
Do the Trust have Billboards outside the main entrance? Would that type of
advertising be similar to the suggestion?

I would be grateful for the List's views on adverts being placed on an a
Trust hospitals's intranet site as a means of funding that site. Should
adverts be allowed on pages that most users will need to use as points of
reference/information, or should adverts be restricted to non-essential work
pages.
