I have, again, come across the document in the attached link and re-read it
with interest in the light of several troublesome SARs we have had to deal
with in the last few months. Can Lord Williams' quote at (9) be relied on
to avoid the long, laborious task of extracting relevant information from
case files etc? I know it's only Wednesday, but I'm not here on Friday!!
