Go ahead Clare with the link, that's excellent for us, the more links we
have from other institutions, hopefully, the more academic staff will
look at the materials. The url will remain the same for the forseeable
future, the HEFCE funding finishes at the end of March but we will move
the site to a server at UMIST where it is likely to be run by Access
Summit. We also intend to distribute a CD-ROM with all the materials on
it so that anyone can use the materials on their own intranet/websites
if required.
I forgot to mention we also have a new module available entitled
'Disability Awareness' at:

Mike,
This looks great, at a brief look through, and seems to be targeted at
an
appropriate level for academic staff. May we provide a link from UCN
web
site? If yes, is this web address is expected to remain the same?

On the subject of SENDA. The Demos Project has just published a new
online module about the Act available at:
http://www.demos.ac.uk/course/senda/welcome.html
I wonder if people could act as guinea pigs and provide feedback to us
on the module. It has been authored by Jenni Knox at Skill and has had
an initial review by members of Skill's HE Steering Group.
Please bear in mind that it is just an introduction intended for
teaching staff
Thanks in advance
