Producing it in Braille that is different to the version used in the UK
wouldn't be a reasonable adjustment surely (do Universities usually
produce prospectuses (prospecti) in other languages?), in any case I
thought we had to have policies in place this year then 'services' and
'auxiliary aids' etc. after September 2003. I think a disk or
electronic version is OK, at the moment at least.

I have just had a request from overseas for a prospectus in a number
of
formats including braille. Seen as how braille can differ from country
to
country would people agree that in these cases it is reasonable to
just
offer the prospectus on disc so they can use it in what ever way they
prefer?
