As far as I can see, the only let out on this would be if you have already
recently provided the data subject with the information and it hasn't been
changed since then (Section 8(3))

I am sure I read a discussion concerning not having to copy out information
to the data subject when they obviously already had a copy e.g their own
emial/correspondence, or is this wishful fantasy?
