Oh Joy, like life isn't complicated enough! And it's Friday!
Our Housing Department is transferring to a Housing Association, and as such
will take ownership of all the housing data, tenants, arrears information,
etc. Does anyone know if they are entitled to all the employee information?
Obviously they will need stuff like holiday entitlement, salary details. But
what about sickness details, disciplinary, appraisals. Bearing in mind the
management structure is to remain the same!
