I thought this had come up on the list before, but I can't seem to find it
in the archives...
If an individual is standing for election and wishes to send publicity
material to voters, do they have to check with the mailing preference
service? If they are a private individual, rather than a political party,
can they use the s 36 exemption to cover their activities?
