Ahem, I know its Friday but will everyone at the back stay awake (just be
grateful you haven't just spent four hours in a traffic jam on the M25) and
reread Section 8(2) - "disproportionate effort" applies only to whether you
provide copies in permanent form.
Your defence against trawling through 2,500 pc's , pockets full of fluffy
sweets etc is in Section 7(3) - "...unless he is supplied with such
information as he may reasonably require..."
This does however mean that you should have appropriate ways of searching
across systems, including email/voicemail and should, like Theseus (him wot
slew the Minotaur), follow any thread you find.
