Hi Alison
I am under the impression that the minutes of a meeting should be
an 'accurate and honest summary' of the meeting itself.
In addition, the minutes should be agreed by all attendees of the meeting.
If this person was actually at the meeting, then I would have thought he
would be entitled to view the entire minute document.
Am I being too simplistic here?
Paula
