Yes - I have had two very very difficult ones and telephone conversations
could last up to an hour, as well as verbal abuse etc.etc. I have had to
put the phone down on several occasions. However, it is usually the ones
who feel they have been hard done by and presently after disclosure of all
personal information, an ex-teacher is now suing the Council for defamation
of character - even although the information was probably true at the time.
All in the life of a Data Protection Officer.....
Just can't wait until I get FOI too......!!!!!
