The student will not be eligible for DSA if they do not
fulfill the required criteria, i.e studying for 50% or more
of a full time course. If a student reduces their hours in
subsequent years/semesters they will not be eligible for
further support, e.g. non-medical helper allowances,
However, students do not have to repay costs associated
with equipment already purchased through the DSA - even if
the LEA asks them to. Any unspent money should be repaid.
If they are unable to study 50% of a full time course and
still require DSA support, then they have problems.
Now back to those bean bags.
