I can think of at least two more:
The Copyright Design and Patents Act 1988 (ie if your software isn't
properly licensed you are not processing lawfully)
The European Telecommunications Directive (don't know the full title)
Of course local authorities like yours and mine are also affected by sector
specific legislation, such as the Local Government Finance Act (restrictions
on the use of Council Tax data)
