What happens if your employer processes payslips in another part of the
country........... They may still end up being posted.
The payslip information is kept private and confidential within the
envelope, addressed to the data subject.
Is this really a Data Protection issue?
Surely it's A Human Rights issue if someone other that the addressee is
opening mail.......................

[data-protection] Posted pay slips
We have hit a situation where some employees have objected to their pay
slips being sent to their home address (contains confidential info, is
private, may be opened by others, could get lost etc).
This looks initially like a 'No consent' and should stop but I believe
the argument will be they have signed terms and conditions - any
comments?
