I would also add to what Simon has said is if any decision notices
relate to government depts there could be purdah issues also.
Not so for other areas such as local government or other Pas I would
assume.

It's my understanding that the process of Purdah relates to anything
related to government (ico is a government body) and included in Purdah
rules are those on press releases. So it may be that this is overkill,
but the rules mean that they have to fall in line.
