Hi
Any thoughts -
Had a person who has raised a couple of concerns regarding a planning
application for her neighbours property, the complainant is on
friendly
terms with the neighbour and has already told them that she has
contact
the Council to voice her issues.
She contacted the Council via email, a copy of which was placed in the
Planning file (being treated as a letter of objection)
A letter was subsequently sent to the complainant that said a copy of
her objections may be circulated to Members of the Committee and also
could be copied by the public, so she came in to have a look at the
file.
What the crux of the issue is that her email address was shown intact
at
the top of the copy, the complainant had no objections to her name &
address being there but she feels that her email is private and should
not have been included, and therefore DP has been breached - Planning
I
believe just copied the and treated as they would a letter of
objection
without any further thought.
Any thoughts - have we done a very bad thing..........!
Thanks
