Although the original posting didn't specify auto-replies within a business
context, in that case the information only falls under the DPA if the
individual is a sole trader or possibly a partner (IMHO) - I'd be interested
to know whether targeting those individuals for recruitment purposes is a
personal use as opposed to business use....
