One of the foundations of our legal system is that of the presumption of
innocence.
Someone is not a "wrong-doer" until they're found guilty of being such.
Anyone accused of being a "wrong-doer" has, quite rightly, as many rights
as any victim.
The interests of victims are not served by forgetting this.
