Sally
I use Outlook Express(OE) as my mail program and am able to filter the data
protection list messages to a defined mail folder by using the identifier of
'data-protection' already contained in the subject line. OE provides the
ability in its Tools / Message Rules / Mail facility. Guess its simply down
to the differing email readers each list participant uses.
